Predictions for 2003 and Beyond

There is a 100% probability that the world will not end within the next year.
Weather:
High degree of probability that the eastern portions of Canada and the U.S. will experience high accumulations of snow this particular winter. In fact, don’t be surprised if the accumulations are approximately 20-22% greater than before. This will be known as the worst snow year in the last century, for them. However, come spring, they will find themselves with an early spring and this will remain fairly warm throughout the remainder of the season and summer.
As to Ontario and Quebec, we see here, that for the winter, a high degree of probability of approximately 8-12% more snow than previously recorded. Specifically, three major snow storms during this particular winter. Approximately 79.6% probability that spring will arrive once again rather early, approximately the beginning of April. As a result of this, increased snow melting, increased water, high degree of probability that certain areas low lying areas will be flooded in the spring.
In the summer, what we see for the province of Ontario, that it will be a summer of high, intense heat and humidity. You will find that the summer will have a number of days of high degree of pollution — pollution will settle over this particular area and remain there for a number of days at a time. You will find that this particular area will often be viewed as the summer mecca for individuals to come to. However, this will lead to an increase in the number of mosquito and black fly infestations. As a result, you will find that the incidence of West Nile virus will increase dramatically, by approximately 1002%. And there is a high degree of probability that approximately 12-15 people will die, as a result of the West Nile virus infection in the province of Ontario alone. As a result, we see that there is a high degree of probability that the government
of Ontario will attempt to inoculate all individuals against the possibility of West Nile virus, though this will be rather ineffectual.
As to the fall, we see a late fall in the province of Ontario, once again running through to late November, with the first snowfall being late November, early December.
As to the midwestern provinces — Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta — we see reasonable snowfall in Manitoba, fairly little in Saskatchewan, and once again Alberta will experience a fairly dry winter. Though there will be parts of Alberta that will experience a great deal of snow, it will not be sufficient to allow the farmers to recover. So once again what we see is that for the winter it will be a fairly dry winter, with a reasonably early spring. The net result will be that once again the wheat crop will be on the verge of being destroyed completely. You will find that as a result of this that a number of farmers will go bankrupt. The insurance industry will suffer major losses as a result of this and will attempt to recover its losses from all individuals. As a result, do expect a rise in house and car insurance prices, approximately 18-20%. Do expect that the government will not step in to assist the farmers. This is as a result of certain acknowledgments by the government, with certain industries, the attempt being eventually to push out the small farmers, with large conglomerates coming in. They are using this particular time period as a methodology of consolidating their holdings with the assistance of the government. Do expect, however, that there will be an early fall and early winter for the western provinces as a result of certain shifts in weather patterns.
Do expect a number of major landslides in the Rocky mountains which will cause a number of deaths over the winter and early spring. Do expect that the weather pattern in British Columbia will be fairly mild for the majority of the winter with an early spring once again. However, the summer will be one of tremendous rainfall, tremendous storms coming up the coast. So do expect that a number of crops will suffer as a result of the overabundance of rainfall.
As to the United States, do expect that Florida will suffer a very cold winter — to the point, in fact, that there will be damage to the orange and grapefruit crops once again, to fruit crops, and as a result prices of commodities, of oranges and grapefruits, will go up substantially. Do expect that this will also cause damage to a number of other fruit crops as well — strawberries, in particular. Do expect that the spring will arrive hot and the rest of the summer will be extremely hot in the Florida area — to the point, in fact, that individuals will suffer from such high temperatures never before experienced, in the low 100s, that you will find a number of deaths as a result of heat prostration. As a result of this, do expect that the price of electricity will go up substantially on the free market.
In the mid portion of the U.S., expect heavy snowstorms, cold snaps coming in from the north. However, as interesting as it is, the snow won’t fall in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, it will fall in the more northern and midwestern states of the United States. As a result, do expect that there will be major accidents claiming a number of lives in that particular area. Do expect, however, that they still will not learn and still will not know how to drive in snow.
Do expect cold snaps, freezing rain in Texas and as far down as New Mexico and Arizona. Do expect some cold snaps in that area. In the northwestern portion of the United States, similar to British Columbia weather, do expect that there will be a number of major snowstorms with heavy windstorms coming off the Pacific coast. California will suffer a winter of reasonable mildness, though they will suffer a great deal from inversion and as a result pollution levels will go up substantially in that area. Do expect that there will be a reasonably mild summer for California, with a number of heavy storms in that area — specifically, in August and September.
As to Europe, weather patterns in Europe will shift dramatically from previous years, though not much from the last year to two years. As a result, you can expect severe winter storms in most of the western portion of Europe — France, Spain — even further into the area itself — Czechoslovakia, Croatia — you will find those areas under heavy snowfalls. Do expect, however, that the summer will bring an intense heat wave moving through most of Europe — such a heat wave, in fact, that the majority of individuals will be hard pressed to maintain themselves. You will find that the Mediterranean coast will become more attractive to people; they will seek water anywhere they can. Do expect that, as a result of this, the fishing industry will suffer dramatically; the stocks of salmon, tuna and so on will drop substantially and as a result the fishing industry will suffer dramatically.
Do expect that Russia will suffer a very severe winter, but then they’re used to it and it will be viewed by them as a reasonably mild winter, though it would be a severe winter on a scale comparable to North America. Do expect that their summer will be reasonably mild, with some heat waves, some moments of heat spots, but do expect that the West Nile virus will also travel into Russia as well.
As to the Asian coast — India, China — do expect heavy monsoons in that area next year will damage and destroy property substantially, monsoons that will cause such heavy damage in fact that they will cause an immense loss of life.
As to Australia and Japan, we see similar weather patterns as to what’s been established in the last two to three years. Nothing of major importance there.
As to Africa, we see severe drought in Africa over the summer months, to the point in fact, that certain countries will ask for international aid to assist their people. Do expect that this international aid will not be as easily forthcoming as a result of George Bush’s attempts to control and manipulate the aid in order to use it as a tool against Al Queda.
As to South America, we see similar weather patterns as to North America but in reverse; however, we do not see that there will be major storms per se in the Brazil coast. There will be a few major storms, but nothing of international consequence. Do expect that there will be a number of volcanoes that erupt in South America and central South America over the next year.
Do expect that a volcano in the islands of Hawaii will become more active in the next year.
There is a 79.6% probability that there will be another major accident at sea within the next year — a cruise ship actually, having an accident. This will happen in the Atlantic off the eastern coast of the U.S.
Do expect another sinking of a ferry in the Indian Ocean with a major loss of life over the next year.
There is at this point and growing a 69.7% probability of a major naval accident within the United States navy over the next year. This is as a result of certain faulty parts being used in its repair facilities and as a result this will be discovered over the next four to five years.
From the weather patterns that we’ve discussed, realize that there will be price increases in beef, in commodities such as coffee, sugar and fruits, as we’ve suggested. Do expect dramatic price increases in certain vegetable crops as well — specifically, those from California.
Do expect that within the next two to three years, there will be a substantial reduction in hog farming in the United States and Canada and this will be as the result of people protesting the expansion of these hog farms. As a result, do expect that there will be a reduction in the price of pork within the next two to three years. Expect that individuals will start mounting a campaign of eat chicken not pork. Chicken doesn’t smell, pork does.
In the coming year, there’s a 79.2% probability of a major accident in a nuclear facility in North America, mostly on the eastern portion of the North American continent.
Politics:
As to Canada, do expect, as we’ve suggested previously, that Jean Chrétien will step down and will be made head of a new governing body of the national health care program. This is coming, it is still inactive. Do expect, however, that the next government will be Liberal, but by a very small minority — not a majority as expected.
Do expect that in the provincial government, in the province of Ontario, that the Conservatives will be reelected, though not by the wide majority that they’ve had previously, though they will surprise everyone and be reelected with a majority.
There is an 87.2% probability, that George Bush, will be personally attacked within the coming year and, as a result, it will not end in any kind of harm to him, though the attacker will certainly be killed in the process.
There is an 86.4% probability and rising that the world is heading once again into another world war. This will begin via war in the Middle East, as we’ve suggested previously. All previous predictions we’ve given you about Middle East war are still active at this point.
There is a 78.4% degree probability that the U.S. will begin to view Canada as its enemy within the coming year to two years, as a result of the policies of the Canadian government of moving against the U.S. government. As a result, there is a high degree of probability, that the border between Canada and the United States will become a closed border and not the open border that it is. This will take approximately three to five years, but it is coming.
Do expect that within the coming year immigration to Canada will increase by approximately 12%. This is as the result of an active policy on the part of the federal government, though the recruitment will be not on the basis of individuals talents and abilities but rather on the basis of familial relationships.
As to the United States, do expect that George Bush will hold onto power quite strongly for the next three years, to the point in fact, that there is a high degree of probability at this point — 74.6% and rising — that he will be reelected for a second term.
Do expect that the United States will be at war within the next year. Do expect, as a result of this, that the rest of the world will be dragged into a war, kicking and fighting, but they will be dragged into a war anyways. Do expect that the incidents of attacks on the homeland, as the U.S. likes to call itself, will increase, As a result, do expect that there is a 79.6% probability of an attack on the eastern portion of the United States by Al Queda and an 89.7% probability of an attack on the western portion — and this is rising, dear friends.
Do expect that there will be a substantial increase in attacks on definitive American perceived targets, Western perceived targets throughout the world — specifically, in the Muslim parts of the world. As a result, do expect certain attacks to increase in portions of Indonesia, in India, certain portions of Africa. Do expect that within the next five to ten years there will be a definitive war between Muslims and Christians once again, and it will make the Holy Wars of the 12th to 14th century pale in comparison, dear friends.
Do expect that the Israelis will continue attacking the Palestinians, but do expect that there is a movement afoot at this point in time to arm the Palestinians in order to fight the Israelis. Do expect that within the next year to year and a half, there will be a rift between Russia and the United States over the disarmament or the arming of Palestinians against Israelis.
Do expect that President Putin will be reelected one more time.
Do expect that Tony Blair, in England, will loose his majority in the next election and it will be seen as a direct result of his aligning himself with George Bush.
Do expect, however, that within the next year to three years, there is a 79.7% — and it is rising — that there will be more incidences of manipulation and control throughout the world in an attempt by certain individuals, such as George Bush and others, to gain complete control over the economies of certain countries that produce oil. As a result, do expect greater rise in conflict, a rise in death. If you want to invest in anything, dear friends, we suggest you invest in a company that makes good body bags — you will be making a large profit.
Do expect the insurance industry of the world to be rocked once again, not by a singular incident but by a number of incidences, which as a result will virtually bankrupt the insurance industry. As a result, do expect that within the next two to three years the governments of Canada and the United States and a number of other countries will step in a take over and nationalize the insurance industry. Do expect that this will please the insurance industry executives because, in truth, they are getting so fearful that they will not survive. Do expect as a result that the investors will make a large profit on their investments for the government will overpay their prices in order to nationalize — simply because a majority of governments in a democratic society cannot nationalize so they will attempt to purchase the industry.
Do expect that there will be a national health care program developed and promoted throughout the United States within the next three to five years but not under George Bush.
Do expect that the national health care program in Canada will continue to suffer the problems that it has experienced to this point. Within the next year, we do not see any form of resolution to the national health care program though certain prominent members — Jean Chrétien being one of them, as we said — will be infused into a new governing body. We do not see this as promoting any kind of resolution to the health care program. As a result, do expect that a number of doctors and nurses will leave Canada for the U.S.
Do expect that there is a 74.6% probability that conscription within Canada and the United States, will once again be put into place. As a result, do expect that there is a high degree of probability that Canadians will have to go to war within the next three to five years.
Do expect that, just as Hitler aligned himself with Japan and Italy to form an axis, do expect that George Bush will attempt to align himself with England and a number of other countries in order to form an axis as well — and the third will not be Canada.
Do expect that there will be an increase in incidences at border crossings between Canada and the United States within the coming year, incidences of not allowing individuals to go through, incidences of highhandedness, incidences of jailing people simply for being Canadian, incidences of suspicion.
There is an 87.6 % probability that the Prime Minister of Japan will step down within the next two years as a result of ill health. As a result, this will begin the process of throwing the Japanese economy into turmoil once again.
Do expect that the economies of Japan, Russia and Germany will suffer dramatically within the next year to two years as a result of certain incidences of improper management of the economy.
Do expect that there’s a high degree of probability the the economy of the U.S. will also suffer dramatically within the next year. The United States will suffer a reduction in its G.D.P., a reduction in its ability to export, and imports will increase substantially. As a result, do expect that George Bush’s answer to that is, “Let’s go to war.” By creating a war, all payments to the national debt can be suspended, which is what he’s intending to do. So do expect that all those who would hold the national debt of the U.S. will find their payments suspended — mostly Japan.
There is a high degree of probability of another war in Chili within the coming year to two years. As a result, do expect that a number of individuals will try to escape and immigrate to Canada as refugees.
There is an 64.7% probability that Fidel Castro will die within the next two years. If this probability manifests itself, it will be found that the U.S. had some influence in his death, for he will not die of natural causes, but rather by poison — though it will be viewed as natural causes by the world.
There is an 86.4% probability of a war between India and Pakistan in which nuclear weapons will be used within the next year to two years. They’re not on the brink but close to it. Do expect as a result of this that the U.S. will attempt to use its power to diffuse the situation but it will be rather ineffectual since the U.S. will already be at war with a number of other Muslim countries — and as a result there will be high incidences of anti-American sentiment within both of those countries. And this will propel the war further — the more the Americans head closer to war, the greater the probability of a war between Pakistan and India, nuclear war. If this occurs, do expect that there is a high degree of probability that Australia and Japan will suffer nuclear fallout. And as a result of this, do expect that also the Philippines, as well as Hawaii and certain parts of the western U.S. will eventually experience the same fallout. As a result of this, do expect that there will be an increase in incidents of radiation poisoning, radiation illnesses and radiation sickness. Do expect that within the next year there will be a new drug put out by the pharmaceutical corporations to combat this radiation poisoning — it’s already being worked on.
There is an 87.6% probability that the health food industry will increase by approximately 18% within the coming year. As a result of this, do expect that there will be a large insertion into the health food industry by a number of major pharmaceutical and biochemical companies attempting to takeover part of the health food industry. Be prepared for mergers, acquisitions in that particular industry.
There is a 69.7% probability that major food chains in North America, specifically in Canada, that are exposing themselves as carrying certified organic foods will be discovered that the standards by which they certify themselves are so lax that anybody can get certified by using those standards. As a result, there will be a major scandal, and do expect that their particular inventories will be held in stock — they will lose their inventories — and their products will be boycotted. However, on the flip side to that, there is also a 96.4% probability that, having been found out, the majority of people will simply say, “oh well,” and continue buying the products anyway.
There is a 96.4% probability of a major health incident throughout the Ottawa-Montréal area, so major in fact that a number of individuals will come close to dying. As a result, this will bring to light the lack of funds available to the health care system and as a result of this will lead to the government creating a new policy to attract new medical doctors into Canada, However, even with this policy, there will be a shortage of doctors because in truth it will be discovered that the government, though they have the political will to make it look good, they don’t have the political will to actually do it. There are a number of medical doctors presently in Canada uncertified and unavailable as a result of the policies of the governing boards. As a result of this, do expect that, in Ontario specifically, the Ontario medical licensing body will be reviewed for corruption and a number of individuals within the next year will be brought up on charges of collusion, criminal activity against others.
Do expect a reduction in farm land in the country as a whole of approximately three to five percent within the coming year to two years. This will so alarm the politicians that every effort will be made to reactivate the farms. However, they will succumb to the lobbying of large corporations and move to having large corporations handle the farms as a methodology of maintaining the farms as opposed to using the small, independent farmers.
Do expect that the softwood lumber industry in Canada will suffer more in the next year and that the issues between the United States and Canada will not be resolved — at least not for another two years. But do expect that when resolution does occur, that once again, Canada will be found to be not at fault — the U.S. will be found at fault, though this will not improve the relationship between Canada and the U.S. And do expect that the moment the United Nations rules against the U.S., that the U.S. will use another tactic and maintain itself. As a result of this, do expect that housing starts within Canada will grow within the next year and in the U.S. will decline within the next year.
Begin to expect within the next three to ten years a large influx of Americans to Canadian soil and as a result there will be a movement afoot within the immigration policies of Canada to attract the Americans to Canadian soil. As a result of this, do expect that the American economy will suffer dramatically. The predictions we gave previously (Predictions 2002) with regards to the debt of the United States being called still stands.
Expect the development of a heating furnace for households within the coming year to two years that will operate not on natural gas but on water and that as a result of this there will be a greater and greater push to move the housing industry into using this particular type of furnace. This is not a geothermal furnace as has been developed presently, but simply the use of water as a combustible, similar to the methodology being used for using water for cars as a combustible presently. This will move into the housing industry eventually.
Expect that the stock market within Canada within the coming year will fluctuate between approximately a high of 10,112 to a low of 7, 002 for the Toronto Stock Exchange. Expect that the highs will be achieved further in the summer and the lows further next winter. Expect that the Dow Jones Industrial within the United States will follow a similar pattern, though it will not rise quite as dramatically as the Canadian stock exchange. Do expect that American investors will begin to put their money outside of their country within the next year to two years and a result money will flow out, which will alarm George Bush — and as a result expect that there is a high degree of probability that policy will be made that all investments outside of the country must be validated by the American government.
Do expect that the Nasdaq itself, will increase by approximately 34% within the coming year, though it will have many ups and downs in order to get there. Do expect that the stock price of certain corporations will rise dramatically, Nortel being one — do expect that within the coming year, the price will rise to approximately $12-$18 per share, which will please investors who invested at $0.69, but will displease investors who invested at $80 a share.
Do expect that the telecommunications industry within the world will change within the coming three to five years. More effort will be made on wireless communications and less on wired communication. Do expect as a result that the wired communications network will simply be set up to facilitate internet access more and more. Do expect that within the next two years, there will be a greater push for wireless internet communication as well. Do expect as a result of this that there will a greater incidence of electronic eavesdropping, a greater incidence of fraud in which credit card numbers are being used by crooks. Do expect that there will be increased incidents in criminal activity in that particular area within the next year to two years. As a result of this, do expect that provinces, states, countries will be hard pressed to keep up with this and do expect that legislators, police forces will be so far behind that their hands will be virtually tied.
As a result of this, do expect that within the coming year there will be a certain high-risk special forces unit set up by George Bush in an attempt to assassinate certain Al Queda individuals. This high-risk special forces will use technology that will eventually be passed on to other government sources and as a result do expect this technology within the next five to seven years will begin to counteract the criminal activity that’s going to take place. However, the criminals are going to have a field day for a few years.
Expect an assassination attempt against the President of the United States, as we suggested earlier, but also expect an assassination attempt against the Prime Minister of England, the Prime Minister of Canada, a possible assassination attempt against the Chancellor of Germany. There’s a 96% probability of an assassination attempt against the Prime Minister of Israel.
Expect Yasser Arafat himself, will be reelected in the next general election of the Palestinians, which will so enrage the Israelis that they will once again discount the elections as being fraudulent. This will lead to greater conflict in that particular area.
There is a 79.2% probability of an attempt to sink a cruise line ship. This will eventually be attributed to Al Queda. As a result of this, do expect that there is a 86.7% probability that it will be successful.
Expect within the coming year that countries such as the United States and Russia will cooperate with each other to attempt to stop the flow of arms to Al Queda, but do expect that this will be more finger-pointing at each other and others than it will be an effort to stop the flow. For there is too much money flowing towards the Al Queda. So do expect that eventually it will be discovered that Al Queda is being fueled by the same companies that are supporting George Bush, which will make George Bush rather embarrassed.
Do expect that within the next two to three years, when the next election for the United States takes place, that the majority of Republicans presently in the House and the Senate will be replaced by a slim majority of Democrats. As a result, George Bush will not have the same freedom in the next mandate that he has in this mandate. However, do expect that this will not slow him down.
Do expect — and there’s a high degree of probability here, approximately 86.4% — that George Bush, as a result of certain incidences throughout the world and within the United States, will set aside the Constitution within the next two to three years. And as a result, this will be seen as the dark moment in the history of the United States. Do expect, as a result of this, individuals will be jailed and held without any reason, civil liberties will be suspended. As a result of this, do expect that there will be a great deal of civil unrest within the United States. And as a result of this, do expect that this civil unrest will move into Canada for Canada will attempt to do the same thing.
Do expect that, within the next seven to ten years, once again the idea of a common currency between Canada and the United States will be floated and there’s a high degree of probability that this will occur within the next seven to ten years. Do expect that if this occurs, it will be a matter of a few years — 25 to 50 years — and Canada will become just another annexation of the United States. The United States and Canada will become one country, with Mexico hoping to get in at the same time.
Do expect the economy of Mexico to increase within the coming year but do expect that civil unrest to also increase as a result of this — even though the President of Mexico is attempting to shift the civil unrest, do expect it to increase rather than decrease. As a result of this, there is a high degree of probability — 87.7% degree of probability — that a good tourist resort area in Mexico will be attacked and as a result a number of deaths will occur. High degree of probability that this will occur within the next year.
Expect within the coming year that there will be a number of shark attacks off the eastern coast of the U.S. Once again, it will not be understood why the sharks are coming and attacking but do expect to see more and more of these over the next few years as a result of the fish stocks changing and the temperature of the ocean changing.
Expect that within the next year, there is a high degree of probability that one individual will begin a new corporation in Canada designed to assist blind individuals to function more freely within the computer world. As a result, there will be great interest in certain technologies developed to assist this program.
Part 2.....
Having discussed at great length a number of different perspectives on weather, on politics, and certain other aspects, this is going to be the fun part of the exploration.
There will be a new toy invented within the next year that will allow children to master the illusion of movement. As a result, this particular toy will begin to reconnect individuals with the perspective of their telekinetic ability. However, this particular toy will not be fully accepted
by society until the year 2010.
There is a high degree of probability that one of you (among those attending the session in person) will be given a large contract within the next year to perform in front of a large audience. We won’t tell you which one (of you) and we won’t tell you where the audience is. But we assure you your performance will be rather interesting.
Expect within the coming year that there will be a rally around individuals in California,
specifically Hollywood individuals — certain actors, writers, producers, directors — that will move to shift the psychology of war within the United States. However, as a result of this, do expect that there will be an effort on the part of the Bush administration to label these as anti-Americans.
Expect within the next year the development of a new computer, different from that which you’ve seen to this point in time. This particular computer will be three times faster than anything that’s on the market presently and approximately 50 percent smaller that anything you’ve seen on the market presently. The net result will be that this will launch a new age of computers within the next three to five years.
Expect that MP3 and MP4 audio component factors will continue to develop within the next year with a number of corporations — Microsoft, specifically — coming out with its own MP3 player to rival Apple’s MP3 player though it will be found out that Microsoft’s MP3 player is nothing more than a piece of junk, as opposed to Apple’s which is viewed by the industry as being the top of the line. However, do expect that most individuals will buy the piece of junk because of the price factor.
Expect the development within the coming year of a CD approximately 1/3 the size of the present CDs — and not just CD technology but DVD technology. As a result, within the next three to five years, there is a high degree of probability that DVD players will be approximately 1/3 the size there are presently with the DVDs themselves being no more that three inches in diameter.
Expect that there will be new laser technology developed within the coming year to burn DVDs and CDs. As a result, they will be able to put approximately twice the amount of data on the same sized disk.
Expect that there will be a new spring developed within the United States to assist in certain technological industries. This particular spring will have a life span far beyond anything that is out there presently. In other words, it will be developed from a material that will not loose its elasticity.
Expect that there will be large increase in the sale of bulletproof vests in the coming year, mainly as the result of the large increase in the sale of guns in the coming year in the United States. As a result, do expect that the bulletproof vest industry will increase by approximately 300 percent.
Expect two more high-profile abductions of children in the United States within the coming year. This will precipitate new legislation in the U.S. in which all states will sign on to an attempt to keep track and maintain tabs on pedophiles. As a result, do expect new pedophile legislation within the United States and Canada within the coming year.
Expect that the hog farmer, Robert Picton, who has been charged in British Columbia for having killed a number of women, though he will be found guilty, not all the bodies will be found.
As a result, do expect that not all of the women will be identified as a result of this. Do expect, however, that within three to five years a new attempt will be made and new DNA evidence will be discovered.
Expect an increase in cloning activities in the coming year throughout the world. As a result of this, do expect that it will be advertised and promoted that the first successful human clone has been developed. This will so enrage certain industry members, certain politicians, certain individuals within certain countries the net result will be that nothing will happen. And it will not happen because all energies will be moving against each other nullifying each other.
Expect that a new genetically-modified apple will be developed within the coming year. This apple will taste like a pear, look like a pear, but will be an apple. The net result will be that individuals can have the pear-apple anytime they choose.
Expect an increase in virus activity within the coming year. The West Nile virus is simply the tip of the iceberg. Within the next three to five years, do expect a number of different viral activities within the world — the net result will be a large number of individuals will begin to die off. This will be viewed as a natural selection process but eventually within 25 years it will be discovered that a number of biochemical companies have systematically engineered certain viruses in order to eliminate certain parts of the population.
There will be a new dance craze within the U.S. and Canada and eventually moving over to Europe within the next year to two years. This particular dance craze will last approximately
six to eight months and will take over the world. It will be viewed as a way of escapism, escaping the reality of the world.
Expect that Martha Stewart will be charged with criminal intent and it will be proven that she had prior knowledge of activity within the stock trading that she was involved in. Do expect, however, that the net result will be nothing more than a slap on the wrist, for nobody puts Martha Stewart in jail. Do expect as a result of this that there will be a Congressional hearing taking place to decide why Martha Stewart was not incarcerated properly.
There’s a high degree of probability of two major known actors dying within the coming year — one, Elizabeth Taylor, and the next, Michael Jackson (although in Michael Jackson’s case, The Wonders commented in a separate session that that probability was decreasing as of March 12th, 2003) — though these particular probabilities can shift.
Expect a new fad in underwear within the coming year. Men will no longer be wearing boxer shorts as advertised by Calvin Klein, but rather they will be wearing multicolored underwear, different colors. So expect that the fad for men’s underwear will be multicolored as opposed to the straight white or gray underwear. And do expect that men will go around flashing their underwear.
Expect that in the fashion industry, for women the dresses will move higher up the thigh and will become more cut along the thigh itself. As a result, there will be more sexuality placed in the fashion industry. However, women will rebel for the practicality of the cold countries will remind them that slits up the thighs are simply a great way to freeze your legs.
Expect that within the next two to three years a new material will be developed for making pantyhose, not that which you have seen presently, but a new material which will be more stretchy, less runny. The net result will be, for a small increase in price, a new nylon industry will be developed.
Expect that within the coming year, any industry that offers escapism to individuals will flourish. As a result, movie industries will begin to make more money. As a result, certain sports will begin to take on more money. Do expect, however, that there’s a high degree of probability that the baseball industry will not recover and as a result, there’s a high degree of probability that certain baseball franchises will actually go broke in the coming year to two years.
There is a 79.4% probability that the Toronto Raptors will make it to the finals next year.
There is an 86.4% probability that the Toronto Maple Leafs will not make it to the finals next year. And there is a 72.4% probability that the Toronto Argonauts will win the Grey Cup next year.
Expect within the next year to two years to become aware of a certain female individual who will start to become politically active within the world. Expect this individual to start manifesting herself within the next year to two years as she begins to become the antithesis to George Bush. As a result, there will be a male-female perspective, push-pull going on in the world within the next few years. She will be his nemesis.
High degree of probability that the next President of the United States after George Bush will be a woman, just as there is now a high degree of probability that men will rally against her. But it will be the women who will vote for her. Do expect her to get elected as a result of the women’s vote. And do expect that she will not pull a Bill Clinton. You won’t see her smoking any cigars.
Expect an increase in gender-specific and gender-different jobs. By that we mean that certain functions that have been gender specific till this point will shift and become gender nonspecific, as certain jobs that have been gender nonspecific will become gender-specific within the next year to two years. As a result, do expect that you will see an increase of females within certain specific professions as well as CEOs of major corporations. Do expect that you will see more males entering the nursing profession, more males entering secretarial professions. As a result of this, do expect to see an increase in sexual harassment charges against women within the next two to three years as they become bosses of men — the men being the secretaries, the women being the bosses.
Expect a slight increase in the birth of males within the coming year to two years within the world population. This will signal the prelude to war — world war.
Expect a new propulsion system to be developed to make interstellar travel more functional, easier and more affordable. The net result will be to expect within the next two to three years the launch of an interstellar galactic mission to Mars from the Space Station using this particular propulsion system.
Expect an increase in certain industries of alternative energy — solar power, hydro power, wind power. Expect an increase in research and development in those particular industries. As a result, expect an increase in demand in Universities for certain courses leading to engineering, scientific degrees in those particular fields.
Expect that within the next year to two years you will be presented with an opportunity to have yourself fingerprinted and iris-printed as a result of certain changes within the legislation of Canada and the United States as well as international travel. So do expect that this will become commonplace. Do expect, however, that within the next 30 years, this will be used against you. Eventually, individuals will be simply viewed as cattle.
Expect an increase in the abduction rate of humans by E.T.s. Eventually, it will be found that a certain cleansing of the herds is taking place.
Expect an increase in crop circle activity within the next summer.
Expect the approach of a specific asteroid toward the planet that could precipitate the planet into chaos. As a result, there will be an effort on the part of the scientists to attempt to use nuclear energy to destroy this particular asteroid, though we see that this will not be successful. The net result will be that these particular efforts, if taken, will simply bring bring the asteroid closer to the planet. Otherwise, the asteroid will simply miss the planet if allowed to move on its own. Do expect, however, that the scientists will disagree on this particular subject and as a result the politicians involved will attempt to destroy the asteroid which will eventually cause havoc on the planet Earth itself. This will occur within the next three to seven years.
Expect to see an increase in the ozone layer, unexplainable, even though the Kyoto accord will be ratified by most countries. The net result will be that it will be discovered that certain sources of pollution have not abided by the Kyoto accord and, as a result, the Kyoto accord will collapse.
Expect that within the next year there will be the development of a new, more-flavorful, chewable underwear. As a result, the sex industry will take off and there will be more and more advertisements for dildos, vibrators, edible underwear and so on. Expect to see this on television within the coming year to two years.
Expect further legislation in an attempt to control the internet within the coming year to two years. However, do expect that this will be challenged within the international courts and as a result the legislation will fall by the wayside.
Expect the fear level of individuals within the world to increase substantially within the next year to two years. As a result of this, therapists will start making a great deal more money. They will find that they just can’t graduate them fast enough. Do expect a larger enrollment within the next three to five years within psychology and psychiatry courses and therapy courses.
Expect the rate of divorce within the coming years to increase by approximately 12% over the next three to five years.
Expect the western farmers in Canada to begin developing new crops to plant even in drought conditions and as a result expect that more and more farmers will move to organic farming within the coming year to two years, using drought specific crops in their farming capabilities.
Expect the biotechnology corporations within the coming year to increase their shareholdings. As a result, expect the prices of biotechnology corporations to increase in value as well.
Expect that within the coming year there will be developed a new cloned animal. The net result will be, this particular animal will be a combination of two species of animals cloned into one. This will be the beginning of a similar pattern developed in Atlantis. This will be kept reasonably under wraps but information will leak to the world .
Expect the world of seers and psychics, their services, to be reduced substantially within the coming year. It will be viewed that the majority of them are simply frauds and as a result there will be a backlash against seers and psychics. Do expect, however, that within the coming year there will also be an increase for individuals who have been viewed by the majority of individuals as valid — their business will triple within the coming year.
There is a high degree of probability of two major corporations, one within the biotechnology field, and one within the pharmaceutical field, merging within the coming year, creating a massive conglomerate that spans the world. This will be the beginning of the movement by corporations to unite. The net result will be that within three to five years, there’s a high degree of probability that only two corporations will survive, each one owning half the world.
There’s also a high degree of probability that this particular probability is sheer poppycock. However, it’s not that high.
There’s a high degree of probability of another Enron scandal within the coming year. And it will be determined that even though certain new rules and regulations have been placed into effect that these particular choices were made prior to these new rules and regulations, which has created another scandal. This particular scandal will be in Canada.
There is an 89.7% probability of an accident in the St. Lawrence seaway in the coming year which will block major trading routes for approximately five days and damage part of the lock system.
There’s a high degree of probability of a fire bombing in one of the resorts in Mexico within the coming year.
Now then, dear friends, we can go for a lot more, but let’s go with questions for now.
You talked about war. I was wondering if you could give us more detailed information as to how the war begins to unfold, beyond Iraq, to encompass so many more countries and turn into a world war.
Bush will attack Iraq, Iraq will defend itself, will ask other countries around it to assist it, Palestine will attack Israel, certain other Muslim countries will come to the defense of Iraq. The net result will be that certain other countries associated with Bush — specifically, England and NATO countries — will lend support. The net result will be that certain other Muslim countries will begin to view this as a push against certain Muslim countries and will begin to attack and ally themselves, and they will form a force against the NATO and western countries. The net result will be mostly east against west.
And what is the likelihood of nuclear, biological or chemical activity?
The likelihood of nuclear activity is approximately 92.4%, biological activity 96.8%, terrorist activity 99.4%.
And that’s during the course of the whole war or right at the outset?
All of the above.
So obviously the scenario that the U.S. is painting now of a quick and easy war with Iraq is an illusion.
It’s an illusion created by the Bush administration in order to move the world to war. The Bush administration is intent on a world war. The Bush administration sees a world war as being the panacea to solving the present economic crisis in the United States. The United States has a large national debt and as a result of this is unable to pay it. Their way is quite simply to declare war and then of course declare that the debt will not be paid.
Well, obviously at some point to rooster comes home to roost. I mean that can’t work forever.
But it can work for awhile. Which is what the Bush administration is banking on.
And that’s the reason for all this push to war? An economic reason?
Economic reasons, yes. Also George Bush himself and his ego, but it’s mainly economic reasons. George Bush realizes that the United States is in a precarious position right now. The national debt is owned mostly by foreign countries, foreign owners, and as a result certain policies of the U.S. are being dictated by foreign owners. The net result is that by going to war, George Bush opens the possibility of being able to nationalize the debt and bring it home. The net result is that the world would no longer be the same. Do you see?
And what are the circumstances that would allow Bush to suspend the Constitution? I didn’t even know the president had such power.
We assure you that in case of war, the President can suspend the Constitution. The power exists for him to do so. Specifically, war on the homeland. Roosevelt suspended the Constitution during the Second World War for a period of time.
If the U.S. wants to go to war to take care of its debt, what about the other countries, considering that they’re all interconnected economically?
They are, but the net result would be, quite simply, that no country owes anybody anything. Do you see? The net result would be that in the end, all would end up owing to the United States, which puts the United States into a better position of power.
Will the citizens see through this?
Some already do. Not enough. There is a probability, it does exist, it isn’t high — it’s only approximately 52.4% at this point — that sufficient citizens of the United States will push against war, but the probability isn’t rising at this point.
And what is the likelihood of a nuclear attack on U.S. soil, as you suggested last year?
87.4%
In a similar scenario to what you suggested last year?
Very much. A dirty bomb. That has not been set aside. The majority of the predictions that we gave last year that have not occurred have only delayed, not set aside. Some have been set aside, but very few.
There is a company called the Carlyle Group to wish which Bush senior belongs and his former vice-president is a member. What is the purpose of this defense contractor? Is this a company that you mentioned arms both sides?
Yes. The purpose is quite simple — to create war.
And in this respect, are there other forces beyond this administration that manipulate both sides?
We assure you, dear friend, the Group of Twelve is always active but don’t get caught up with conspiracy theories. Realize that there is always manipulation, there is always control in the world, there are always others trying to control and manipulate. However, it the individuals’ choices. The reason we gave these predictions again this year as we gave them last year is to provide you with an awareness of probability of change. What we haven’t said to you is that all of this could shift if the probability of individuals within the country of the United States were to begin to shift against George Bush. This has not occurred. In the last year, there was an opportunity to shift the balance of power. This did not occur. Within the next year to two years, there will be an opportunity to shift the balance of power from George Bush. We don’t see this occurring again. Do you see?
So the net result would be more control.
Absolutely.
What is the purpose of this Homeland Defense and the Patriot Act?
It’s to create an illusion that the country is isolated and defensible. In actual fact, it is not isolated, it is part of a community, and it is indefensible. Which is why you will see more and more attacks on the homeland.
If we create our own reality, why are we, as a mass consciousness, choosing these events?
Because of a perception of lack, of less than, of insufficiency. You cannot see yourself choosing anything else. The only way that humanity knows how to resolve its inner conflicts is to create outer conflicts. Think of it. How do you change the economy from one of being in debt to one of being in surplus? You go to war. This is how it was done a number of times, this is how you will do it again. War has become a good money making opportunity.
How long will the war last?
Three years.
What will be the outcome?
Not as anticipated. The United States will not control the world. In fact, the outcome will be a shift in the balance of power. The net result will that there will be a balance of power shifted to the Asian countries, specifically. And the net result will be that the United States will be hobbling for a long period of time before it recovers again. There’s a high degree of probability that China will take over as the major power within the world.
So how will George Bush be viewed in history? Won’t he be viewed as someone who basically ruined the country?
Absolutely. He will be viewed as a disabled, disillusioned, poorly informed President.
And you mentioned a female president being elected after him. Is that Hillary Clinton, by any chance?
The probability does exist. But we’re not going to give the name yet.
How will Canada fare as a result of the war? Will it hobble too?
Canada will tag along with the United States, absolutely. There will be, we assure you and as we did say, a high degree of probability of a war between the Christians and the Muslims once again. And when that occurs, we assure you, the only ones that will win will be those who are not Christians and those who are not Muslims, which is why we suggested that China will become the major power within the world.
That’s primarily because we’ve otherwise blown each other up.
Not literally, but figuratively speaking, yes.
Ruined our economies and whatever else...
Yes. Remember, there are no winners in war. People die. Economies falter. However, beyond that, economies do recover. Do you see? However, we assure you, no one will have learned their lesson, for in another 100 years there will be another world war.
You mentioned an increase in crop circle activity. Is there any purpose in that?
It’s to provide an awareness of extraterrestrial activity. The planet is being watched.
From the point of view of this coming war, specifically?
In part. But mostly from the point of view of the efforts being made to move outside of the planet’s limitations into space itself.
And the crop circles are to encourage, to send massages, what?
Some are to discourage, some are to encourage, the majority are simply to provide an awareness.
You said there would be the discovery of a new DNA. What does this mean?
We did not say that in this particular session.
They were talking about a specific criminal case.
You said that there would be an increase in abductions of humans by E.T.s? Why would they be doing that?
Food. We’ve suggested to you before, dear friends, that you’re nothing more than cattle being well fed.
Right. Who are the E.T.s?
A number of them from different particular planetary systems. Not specifically Sirians, we assure you.
You mentioned a major health incident in the Ottawa-Montréal corridor. Could you tell us a bit more about this?
Consider it as a viral infection.
And many people will cast off feet of clay?
As a result of it, yes. Debilitating. There’s a high degree of probability that many individuals will cast off feet of clay.
Can we expect a substantial increase in oil prices as a result of all this war activity?
Suprisingly enough, no. Not until the United States controls the oil. Do recognize, however, that there will be some increases in the oil prices but not substantial, as you would describe it.
You’re saying until the U.S. controls the oil, so in one sense then the U.S. will be victorious?
Could be viewed that way, yes.
You said something about an asteroid collision. What will be the consequences of this?
The consequences are that, if atomic weapons are used against the asteroid, some of the asteroid will land on the planet resulting in substantial damage to the planet. There will be a period of approximately 800 years of fallout on the planet. There will be shifted weather patterns, lack of sunlight, greater ice age, and it will be viewed as the next ice age.
And this is a big probability, for this to happen?
Not large. But again its dependent on certain politicians.
When you started into politics, you mentioned that Jean Chrétien would be stepping down. Were you implying that he would be stepping down early as part of a deal to take over this health board?
Yes.
You mentioned a nuclear accident in the east of North America. Can you be more specific? Will it be in Canada or in the U.S.?
It will be in the United States.
You mentioned problems in the health care system. Are there going to be problems in our health care system in Ontario?
Absolutely.
Less money?
There will be a little less money but a lot more illnesses, incidences of injury, a lot more incidences of poor communications, a lot more incidences of death as a result of these poor communications. You will find that more money in the health care system is being spent on certain technologies, technologies designed to satisfy a small portion of the population, where very little is being placed into satisfying the larger portion of the population. The net result will be that there will be a backlash against the politicians as a result of all of this. Do expect that though Jean Chrétien will be made head of this particular health organization overseeing body, do expect that he will suffer the backlash of it all within the next three to five years.
What about job opportunities in the health care field? It seems to be cyclical, but sometimes there seems to be a need for nurses and sometimes there isn’t.
The job opportunities are there. The difficulty presently is that there is no funding for it. As a result of this, there is a 92.4% probability that a new taxation system will be put into effect to attempt to fund the health care system. However, it won’t be called a tax.
If manipulation and control in society is increasing then the quality of life as we know it would decrease in the sense that people would be more restricted and controlled. What would be people’s reaction to this?
The majority of them will meekly go along with it. Realize that you are in a minority, dear friend.
And what are your options if you don’t want to go along with it?
Continue what you’re doing. You don’t have to participate in society in order to live in society.
But if you go to finger and iris printing?
Then don’t travel. Least ways not by the normal methodologies.
You mentioned a tightening of the border between Canada and the U.S. Will that have any effect on trade and our ability to bring in food that’s primarily grown south in the U.S.?
Absolutely. But not to the degree that you would anticipate. After all, the United States still needs to survive, so they’ll make it easy for things to go out but not things to come back in.
Except for our oil and our water.
There is no degree of probability at this point of any development on the water front in an attempt to export the water to the United States. There is a movement underfoot but it will not occur within the next year. As to the oil, that’s already in place. But even the oil, we assure you, it’s not a question of exporting to the United States, the United States wants to own it.
You mentioned something about radiation poisoning. How will this be done?
As a result of certain nuclear explosions, there will be a fallout, it will develop into a cloud, the cloud will follow the wind patterns and as a result there will be radiation exposure and poisoning along the cloud base.
How soon is this first initial war with Iraq likely to start?
Within the next three to six months.
Will real estate values in the Toronto area go up or down in the next little while?
Increase by approximately 18% within the next year.
Are there still going to be Muslims left in Toronto?
Yes, there will be. Do realize that within this particular country there is still a willingness to accept Muslims as part of society. However, do realize that there will be more and more incidences of Muslims accused of being terrorists. Most of which will be proven correct. Not all. This will lead to a certain backlash against Muslims. But we do see that there is a high degree of probability of 89.4% that the Muslim community will rally around itself and as a result will align itself with the Christians against the terrorists.
Is this both in Canada and the U.S.?
Mainly in Canada. In the U.S., the backlash will be so complete against Muslims in the United States that it will be such as the Japanese were during the Second World War. There’s a high degree of probability of internment camps being prepared for Muslims within the next two years.
What is the role of the Jewish people in this conflict? Is it created by them?
No, not created. But certainly supported. After all, the money does flow in that direction.
You mentioned this woman who, within the next two years or whatever it is, becomes Bush’s nemesis, becomes sort of an anti-Bush. She begins to what, to speak out against his policies?
And will move the country in a new direction.
So she is an American then?
Yes.
So Bush — so-called Hitler — is trying to achieve what he achieved last time?
He’s trying to achieve what he did not achieve last time.
That’s what I meant. Will he learn this time?
No. He’ll come back to do it again.
Is he likely to cast off feet of clay as a result of this?
No.
So he’ll likely be reelected as you suggested and then simply leave office?
There is a degree of probability — it isn’t large yet — that in suspending the Constitution, he will also suspend the rules and regulations in regards to elections for Presidency, though this isn’t large at this point. If this succeeds, then he will be in office until he is killed. If it doesn’t succeed, he will simply go through the election process and will be removed as a result of the election process.
Many people see him as not very bright, not very capable. Why is that?
What better way to create an illusion than to make yourself look stupid?
While in the meantime you’re secretly manipulating everything.
We assure you, George Bush is not stupid.
So basically, these are his ideas.
Very much so. He’s trying to complete what his father did not do.
You talked about a cruise ship sinking and that it would be attributed to Al Queda. Are you implying that it’s not really them, it will just be attributed to them?
Exactly.
What about the fire bombing in Mexico?
Once again attributed to Al Queda.
So if these are not caused by Al Queda, are they natural occurrences?
Some are natural, some are very much as a result of certain other factors. Al Queda is not every Muslim terrorist. There are other terrorist organizations that are not part of Al Queda. Not funded by Al Queda.
What is the connection between the C.I.A. and the funding of the Al Queda?
Ah, we thought you’d never ask. A good portion of the money funneled to Al Queda has moved through a number of C.I.A. organizations and is still moving through a number of C.I.A. organizations. The C.I.A. is very much involved in all of this.
And they use the Pakistani Secret Service.
In part, yes.
Obviously the people in the know within the administration know that the C.I.A. activity is taking place.
There are very few in the administration that know this.
Okay. But, say, Bush?
Bush can honestly say without reservation that he is not completely aware.
His father, George Bush senior, was head of the C.I.A. at one point.
But his father could also say with all honesty that he was not completely aware.
Did you not say last year that the C.I.A. involvement will come to light over the next few years?
Yes.
But, say the CIA Director, is he aware?
Of course.
And so who does he work for?
A need-to-know basis. He works for the President but mainly he works for himself right now. Or his perception of what he thinks the United States should be doing.
I’ve seen some remarks that this government, there’s other governments, they work by creating a problem and then coming to provide a solution. How can people prevent that because they obtain what they want anyway by creating another problem.
Dear friend, the only way that can shift is by individuals themselves beginning to change the way they solve their problems. Individuals solve their problems, in the majority, by creating another problem. It takes a personal shift in consciousness.
It became apparent to the world that Bush wants the war with Iraq, although there’s not enough evidence.
There’s not enough evidence that the world is aware of. There is a number of pieces of evidence that the world is not aware of.
Were they not involved in creating all of this because of the ties....
Of course they were involved. We assure you, who do you think funded Iraq?
The United States.
Exactly. Who do you think continues to fund Iraq?
The United States.
Through certain organizations which form part of the C.I.A., yes.
You talked about another Enron-type scandal, except this time in Canada. Are we safe to assume this won’t involve Nortel?
Nortel is not the one. Look for something more profitable.
Toronto Hydro?
Toronto Hydro is not profitable, dear friend.
Sounds like a bank.
Beyond this, dear friends, this session must end soon. But we can give you this as final predictions.
Within the next six to 12 years, there will be a shift in the world politics in such a way as to allow humanity to begin to move away from the necessity to harm itself. And there will be an increase in diplomacy, an increase in willingness to change and alter itself in cooperation. The probability is that this will come about as a result of a world war, though the probability of a world war still is not absolute. It can change. We would suggest that more conscious thought be given to shifting the self, the individual to an awareness of cooperation, an awareness of diplomacy as a conflict-resolution methodology rather than to continue moving towards creating conflict to resolve conflict. If this occurs, then the world will shift as well.
Within the next 53 years, the planet Earth will be known as an extra-planetary exploration planet. Humanity will move outside of its boundaries of the planet Earth. There will be a colony on Mars. There will be an attempt to colonize other planets as well, and this will begin the process of mankind moving outside of its boundaries. When this occurs, you will begin to encounter more and more extraterrestrials. Beyond that, realize, dear friends, that not all probabilities are fixed and absolute. Everything can shift. Choice is what shifts the probabilities.
And final predictions. We predict, dear friends, that everything that you’ve heard in this evening will in some way, shape or form, alter and shift the reality that you exist in.
And we can give you this, beyond that. This is a personal prediction for dear Maggie and dear Réné. You thought you were busy this year. Next year, you will be so much busier.
