Hi Aileen,

Can you tell me what the difference is between the 2nd and 3rd principle. I've had a few questions about it and frankly am not sure.

The second is about self-honesty (inward), the third is about expressing your honesty (outward)...together they mean walk your talk, your actions follow your words and what's inside you.

Succinct and very helpful. How goes your spreading of the word?

Most of the responses I have received are fairly positive but most also do not understand the "choice" principle. No surprise there. It is so stark and yet so deep that it leaves people scratching their heads.

great it helps. I`m having fun spreading the word. I`m putting a lot of love and effort into the ThisCanBeFun site and Wiki, and some have rolled their eyes, some have embraced it.

I find that since the statements are part of me and I`m exploring them in myself, I just know who is interested or open to them...e.g. talking with people at the doctor`s office, or just finding myself with someone I don`t know very well but I just know they are open....I`ve been sharing with them what I am working and exploring (e.g. the statements), and they are amazingly receptive. Even the ones that say nothing, it`s ok, as long as I don`t push, it`s all good.

I do have ideas for making short 30s video/audio clips that feature people actually living the statements with a humorous twist...aimed at the Twitter young generation...and all it would say at the end would be a link to the http://www.ThisCanBeFun.com site. People would forward the clips on because they are funny and speaks to their hearts. Media buzz, curiosity...advertisements on billlboards and buses...with just the link..people will just wonder what it`s all about.

I`m sort of stuck now though, as I have no experience in making video clips, but will see where my choices lead me...
