There are no exchanges or refunds allowed on materials purchased except for manufacturing defects.
Please call or email us if you encounter a manufacturing defect, and we will contact you to arrange to replace the item.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs on your order are estimated and are subject to change.
All items are shipped by regular mail.
ExpressPost mail is available at an extra cost. This method provides you with a tracking number for your shipment.
All orders shipped are your responsibility once mailed. We will only replace a shipment based on the above returns policy.
