Greetings.

The physiology of the human body is such that it was built upon a system of nourishment usually achieved through the ingestion of food and liquid substances. This is in order to provide the body with the nourishment that it requires in the form of certain vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

The purpose of this chapter is not to go into the actual scientific physiology of the human body but rather to gain an understanding of why it is that, even though individuals in society today ingest a certain amount of food and liquid substance, the body still does not function at its optimum rate.

First and foremost, the key here is to recognize what it is that the body requires. On a nourishment level, the body requires two things. First, a great deal of water - for the body, the cellular structure itself, relies on water in order to maintain itself. Secondly, the body requires nourishment - nourishment through food sources, through whatever sources are available.

At this point in time in your society, there is - and has been for roughly the last 100 years - a movement that has brought about a certain denigration of the food source that exists today. Previous to this particular 100 years, the food source had a certain degree of nourishment, a certain balance within itself. A great deal of nourishment was therefore available to the body as a result of ingesting these food sources.

When an individual in today's society ingests food, the degree of food ingested is based upon a certain degree within the body to bring about nourishment – the body has an innate ability to advise itself of what its requirements are. As a result, signals from the body to the brain manifest themselves back to the body as hunger, in order to trigger the individual to ingest food. The process hasn't changed for millions of years, we assure you. What has altered and shifted, however, is the quality of the food source you are ingesting. One hundred years ago, the food source that was being ingested was not as corrupt as it is today - it had fewer pesticides, fewer fungicides, fewer herbicides.

Take a look at what exists around you and you will recognize that every time you pick up a fruit, a vegetable, a piece of meat to ingest within the body, it has been contaminated by a great number of chemicals - chemicals that have altered the aspect of that particular food source to such a degree as to no longer make it viable nourishment for the body. Certain individuals in your society would argue that by using chemicals on the food source you have provided a greater degree of quality in that the food source is no longer subject to the whims of Mother Nature. What has been forgotten, however, is that any food source that has been destroyed by the whims of Mother Nature has been as a result of that particular food source not being valid.

In the last 100 years, what has occurred is that mankind has shifted itself from a user of what nature supplies to a maker of what nature can supply. As a result, the food source itself is now based upon lesser nutrition and greater contamination.

What occurs when food that lacks nourishment is ingested by the body? What occurs is that the body itself attempts through its own physiology - through genetic encoding with the cellular structure of the body - to eradicate or to gain nourishment from the food ingested. It therefore attempts to dissolve and to use whatever food substance enters the body. As this food substance enters the body, it enters it on the basis of its own physical nature - which includes insecticides, pesticides and fungicides - but in addition to that also includes a flawed genetic make-up not suitable to the human body. As a result, the body ingesting this particular food source, realizing that it requires nourishment in order to ensure its survival, then chooses to use whatever nourishment is presented to it in order to ensure its survival.

Survive it would. However, the body itself would not be nourished. What occurs is this: as the body takes in this nourishment, cellular structures, recognizing that they no longer have the availability of certain bio-essences to ensure their viability, choose to mutate and alter. And in the mutation and alteration of cellular structures there begins a process of self-destruction within the body. The body can no longer function as it was functioning previously. Cells begin to die off. Systems begin to collapse. Cellular structures begin to alter.

The advent of cancer in your society in the last 100 years has been as a result of the alteration of your food source. The advent of a number of diseases - AIDS, for example - the advent of certain muscular diseases - muscular dystrophy, lupus, fibromyalgia - as well as a number of other diseases has been as a result of the alteration of your food source. The advent of asthma, the advent of certain immune dysfunctions within the body, all of these are as a result of the alteration of your food source.

Once the food is ingested in the body in whatever nourishment that can be had by the body - and we assure you, the body requires a great deal of nourishment - whatever has been extracted from the food source then moves through the body's elimination system in order then to be returned back to the Earth in the form of excretions - such that whatever is left over can then be used by the Earth to replenish the food source.

What is occurring through this particular system is that the body ingests a certain quantity of food, uses only a small percentage of that food as nourishment because of its quality, because of its genetic code and make-up, and then eliminates the rest. As it moves through the elimination process, the body is now absorbing certain toxins, certain chemicals that exist within this particular food source. In addition to that, the genetic make-up of the food no longer makes it viable for elimination. The body, recognizing that this is the case - for the body is in complete balance with all existence that abounds - then becomes a filter in order to filter out the toxins within the eliminated food so as not to contaminate the Earth itself and therefore the future food supply of the Earth.

What is occurring throughout your society is that your food source is of such poor quality, that you, dear friends, are becoming filters - so as to filter out the toxins within your foods and to stop these toxins from returning to the Earth. What occurs, however, is that these particular toxins affect the physicality of the body. When your body attempts - and we do say, attempts - to filter out the toxicity within the food in order not to return it to the food source, then there is only one place for those toxins to move and that is into the physicality of the body itself. You cannot possibly maintain a physicality based on health as long as your food source is contaminated, altered or recreated the way it has been.

You ask yourselves, "I eat well. I eat fruit and vegetables. I eat meat. Why do I not feel good?" Because, dear friends, that which you eat - in sufficient quantities, according to your scientists, for nourishment of the body - is flawed. That which you eat has no nutritional life value for the physicality that you are. As a result, there is a greater opportunity for the physicality of the self to be destroyed, to create disease - dis-ease.

Disease as you perceive it is just that - dis-ease, not at ease within your body. How can your body be at ease when you are ingesting a food source that does not provide the necessary nutrients for the cellular structure of your body to maintain itself? Impossible! It cannot happen! You, dear friends, cannot possibly expect your life expectancy to increase dramatically without your ingesting a proper source of food, a proper source of nutrients.

There is a movement afoot throughout society today entitled "organic" – a great number of individuals have placed a great deal of time and effort into preparing organic fruits and vegetables for consumption. The perception is that, if fruits and vegetables are grown in their normal, natural fashion, the source of the fruits and vegetables would then be more valuable to the body, it would provide more nourishment and therefore recreate a sense of ease within the body.

We would suggest that the theory is correct, dear friends, but the practicality is flawed. Why? Because as we said earlier, the recycling of genetically flawed cellular structures within the seed source of the food exists on all levels, whether the farm that you grow your fruits and vegetables on is certified organic or whether the farm is full of pesticides, insecticides and fungicides. The only difference is that the organic farm has substantially less contamination than the "inorganic" farm.

As a result, dear friends, by using organic sources of fruits and vegetables, as well as meats fed on organic sources, you then provide yourselves with a greater degree of nourishment, a greater degree of abundance for the body: not that which was intended originally through the creation of that particular food source, but a greater degree.

And you minimize the effect of the recycling of certain insecticides, pesticides and fungicides – the genetically encoded cellular structures that are detrimental to the physicality. You minimize this enough that, if all of mankind were to begin eating organically grown fruits and vegetables and eat organically-fed meats within the next three months, then it would take approximately 46 years for the benefits to all of mankind to be viewed and felt to such a degree that it could then be said that the insecticides, pesticides and fungicides have reduced themselves sufficiently so as to provide mankind an extension of health of approximately 20 percent above that which presently exists. Not the proposed double or triple the extension of your life span, as we suggested. Quite the contrary – ten to twenty percent. Drastic, isn't it?

Yet if you but recognize that value, you can then use that particular food source to your benefit. Now, we've spoken of fruits, we've spoken of vegetables. The meats that we speak of are meats that are fed from organic sources, such as organic grasses or organic feed that has not been affected by genetically altered material: chemicals, insecticides, pesticides and fungicides. In addition to that, we would suggest that when you ingest a meat source ensure that the meat source itself has not been fed any feed that would increase its hormonal productivity and therefore affect the physiology of the meat source. Recognize that, just as you yourselves are great composters, so is every other meat source. The same process that we've discussed for yourselves also applies to your meat source. You cannot possibly expect to ingest quality in a meat source if you do not apply the same principles that you apply to yourselves to that meat source.

Now, the other key – the part we mentioned at the beginning but have not yet discussed – is water. How many individuals within society today ingest water? Some do. Some would argue that they ingest it through other drinks – sodas, coffees, teas. We would suggest that the ingestion of water must be the ingestion of water – not mixed with teas, not mixed with coffee, not mixed with juices, not mixed with what you call "pop," not mixed with anything else. Pure, clean water. The water supply of your planet is presently contaminated, dear friends. Contaminated with a great deal of insecticides, pesticides, fungicides; chemical structures that affect the cellular structure of any individual associated with that water supply

Water is the source of your existence. It is the basis of your existence. You and all life forms on this planet are water-based. Every cell in every life form on this planet needs water for existence. It cannot happen without water. Life does not occur without water. Yet in mankind's arrogance, you perceive yourselves as having an infinite supply of pure, clean water and are therefore negligent in the source of your water. Most individuals living in societies live in groups, called cities, towns or villages, and they use a water source that has, from the perspective of certain individuals, a certain degree of contamination – and therefore must be cleansed, must be filtered.

Rather than cleansing and filtering the water, however, they choose to bombard it with chemicals in order to rid it of certain life forms that exist in the water. True, all water sources have certain life forms that exist in it. Some have benefit to the body, some are detrimental to the body. Yet from the perspective of a health benefit what we would suggest is that, by adding chemicals such as chlorine and iodine to your water sources; and we assure you, these chemicals were added with your cooperation, dear friends, for you've acknowledged and acquiesced to this particular process; all you are doing in effect is extending the process that we discussed earlier of the denigration of your food source to yourself.

Individuals who drink water today drink very little. Why? Because the body cannot deal with the water as it exists – it cannot function with it. In effect, for every glass of water that you gain from a tap connected to a municipal water supply, two thirds of that glass is unusable by the body because of certain alterations to its own atomic structure – it has no life force, for that water has moved through miles of pipes and lost its life force. Your water is not magnetized, it's not given life force. And as a result, the water itself has no value to the body.

Whenever an individual comes to us and asks us for advice, we always suggest that the water source be of a pure, clean spring water; preferably from a mountainous source. Why is that? Because in a mountainous source there is greater filtration and less opportunity for the additional contamination of chemicals, insecticides, pesticides and fungicides within the water source. True, there is a certain atmospheric contamination. Yet we assure you, there is less. For in truth, the Earth itself is its own greatest filter.

To individuals who ask us, we suggest large amounts of water; the ingestion of 18, 20 or 22 glasses of water per day. Why? Because water has the ability to attach itself to certain chemical structures, to certain atomic structures that are of lesser value to the body. Therefore, in the process of ingesting this water, the body itself becomes a filter and flushes this water outwards. Water is the only substance that the Earth itself can filter.

Therefore, if you view mankind as a big composter – a large filter, as we've suggested – water released by the body is also filtered by the planet and therefore returned to the body in purer form than was previously given to it. The food source uses the excrement, the composting, as a source of nourishment. From a physicality perspective therefore, the body itself is one filter that sends out excrement or compost, yet ingests pure, clean water – two cycles, both working the same.

When individuals are interested in ingesting water, we would suggest that they choose a pure, clean spring water source – preferably from a mountainous source. And then, dear friends, you begin the process of taking charge of your own existence, your own physicality, and making choices that are beneficial to the self.

"I Eat, I Drink. Why Do I Not Feel Well?" You do not feel well, dear friends, because what you eat is of poor quality – it is contaminated. What you drink is contaminated. How can you possibly feel well?

Change your supply of nourishment – change your food source, change your water source – and you will recognize the benefit of health. The body itself naturally maintains its own health when provided with the proper nourishment and the proper source of water. Alter these and we assure you that, from one perspective, you will begin the process of nourishing the body to such a degree that you will then begin shifting your physicality, and diseases that exist within your body will begin to alter. True, much more needs to be done, but it will begin to alter.
