How can I stop blaming others for feeling angry and upset?

“When you look to blame others and to get others to change to stop you from being angry, ask yourself this question: what’s wrong with your anger? What is wrong with being angry?

Notice what we are suggesting here is that there is no wrong and that there is no right in anger. It’s just that there is. Anger is a state. And regardless of how you define yourself, you will move sometimes – often times – through that state.

So why judge yourself for being in that state?”
