Tell me I’m not crazy. Tell me I’m right.

“Each and every one of you, if you take a look at yourselves, day in and day out, minute by minute, day by day, week by week, month by month, and year by year, you spend a great deal of energy validating your feelings.

You want to validate what you know, or think you know.

If you’re feeling happy, you want to validate that. If you’re feeling sad, you want to validate that. And if you’re feeling afraid, that you must validate.

And you must look everywhere around you to ensure that you get that validation. And you attract people who will validate it because after all, that’s what you’re looking for. You’re looking for someone who will say, ‘you’re not crazy. You’re right. It is real. What you’re afraid of is happening. It is real.’

And this is what’s going on in the world right now.

The United States has elected a President who fuels that fear more and more, feeds on it. Why does he feed on it? Because he’s one of the most fearful individuals you could have elected.

He wants his fears validated. So what does he do? He creates the very thing he’s afraid of.”
